Senior Sales Manager in Germany

MDC company specialized on fiberglass production with manufacturing site in Ukraine is looking for an ambitious Sales manager for German office.
The main objective is promotion of company’s goods and services in the European market.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Active search for clients in Europe and contracts conclusion.
Preparing and making presentations, conducting meetings, negotiations.
Study and analysis of customer needs, building and developing long-term relationship.Sale and development of unique solutions for large corporate clients.
Make analysis of clients: analysis of the received requests (perspectives, growing, new possibilities, specification of requirement from the client).Coordinate document workflow with the key clients.
Developing policies to promote products and services.
Initiate and develop commercial objectives and a sales plan.
Provide analysis of the European market of fiberglass products.Work place:
Requirements:
- Male, of 25 years.
- Residence in Germany.
- University degree.
- Experienced in sales, customer relations building.
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiationskills.
- Fluency in German, English and Russian. Preferred an experience in multinational company, knowledge and understanding of fiberglass market, processes and documentation.
