Railway Interiors Expo 2005

MDC delegation visited the international Railway Interior Expo in Cologne (Germany) on the 28 - 30th of November. The MDC delegation included General Director, Foreign Relations Expert and three designers of the Company.
The 2005 Railway expo was focused on interiors and questions of comfort and safety of railway transportation. About 200 participants from 53 countries have presented their production at the stands of expo. MDC experts have examined the activity of the foreign colleagues - the companies, engaged in development and manufacturing of the interior equipment of carriages and driver cabs.
Expo participants were more than 50 manufacturers of materials - fabrics, linings, rubber, plastic and metal structures, coverings of various kind and purpose. The majority of manufacturers were contacted. Product samples, specifications and data on conformity with international standards of fire safety and hygiene are analyzed at the moment by MDC experts for possible use in the Company's developments.
