PROJECT 01 · LOCOMOTIVE CAB

From driver ergonomics to structural validation

The process begins with the driver’s workplace: visibility, reach to controls and equipment arrangement. The frame, interior and control desk are then developed, detailed drawings are released and structural strength is verified. The result is confirmed through full-scale testing.

PROJECT 02 · DOUBLE-DECK PASSENGER COMPARTMENT

Comfort, climate and accessibility are validated before production

Digital layout is combined with airflow and temperature-field analysis. Structural performance and the enclosure are evaluated under boundary conditions, while a full-scale mock-up makes it possible to verify passages, stairs, passenger seating and baggage handling.

A full-scale mock-up reveals what cannot always be assessed on screen: ease of movement between levels, space around the doors, seating, interaction between several passengers and baggage handling.

PROJECT 03 · SEALANDER

From hull analysis to testing the finished product on water

For a product used both as a road trailer and as a watercraft, the digital model, production engineering and testing must form one continuous cycle. Hull geometry and strength are verified through analysis, the shape is transferred to production tooling, and the finished product is tested under real operating conditions.
