We were happy to participate at Innotrans 2010 taken place in Berlin 21-24 September 2010 as an exhibitor in the hall 1.1 - Interiors.
As usual attracting great attention MDC displayed advanced concepts which combined long-term experience and the latest achievements in the sphere of transport design.
Original and innovative solutions of MDC attracted attention of numerous visitors of Innotrans. Unusual design of the locomotive cab as well as its structure cost a great interest among the specialists and became a reason for an active discussion of designers and engineers. Human safety and well-organized working place of the locomotive brigade were successfully resolved in this project. Locomotive cabin was worked out and manufactured at MDC manufacturing site and got the name New Generation Locomotive Cab.
The exhibition visitors were also interested in another MDC project, sanitary-hygienic module for high comfort coach compartment. Specialists marked a number of advantages of this project namely efficient use of space as well as advanced design and inner decoration with the glossy fibreglass panels. Modern sanitary ware strengthens the stylish interior design. According to the customer requirements modules may be equipped with the independent systems of ventilation and heating. They could also be equipped with the self-contained compressed air source, black water collector and bioreactor for recycling the black water. Module could be worked out in various versions depending on their purposes.
MDC creates and implements in its projects own innovative ideas thus following modern world trends in locomotive construction and meeting growing passengers’ demands.
MDC team had a number of business meetings and successful negotiations on cooperation and sales with a number of companies of the railway sector.
And all these events took place at the Innotrans exhibition. MDC worked out the prospective plan for the nearest future on the results of the participation at the mentioned exhibition.
Innotrans 2010 exhibition is the largest world exhibition of transport technologies being the international business platform to unite and exchange experience of all companies concerning various spheres of transport techniques.
It’s held once in two years in Berlin, Germany.
